Add ZDC EB chains to HI menu

Adding new EB chains to the HI menu. The one-sided ZDC chains are a solution to mismatch between simulated rates and the rates observed in 2018, first reported in ATR-28153. As shown by @mhoppesc (ProblemZdcTriggerRateEst.pdf) ZDC_A_C and ZDC_XOR triggers are far from linear scaling, while the ZDC_A and ZDC_C have better performance. The EB chain seeded off L1_VTE200 can replace RD0_FILLED chain for UPC EB data (more central events accepted by RD0_FILLED cause issues in the UPC mode of the offline reconstruction)
