TileTBRec: Update h1000 ntuple for FELIX and migrate to data handles

The Tile TB ntuple algorithm which produces h1000 ntuple from Tile Testbeam data has been updated:

  • to migrate it to use read handles for input data;
  • to save only existing FELIX data into ntuple;
  • to fix auto determination of FELIX data in the input;
  • to fix saving different number of samples for different modules.
