eRNN score fixes in TAT and derivations

This MR will include two fixes:

  • fix for filling eRNN score histogram with multiple version of the score in TauAnalysisTools
  • remove buggy/outdated RNNEleScoreSigTrans variable from TauCP content for derivations and also from PHYSLITE
