Update PFlow from ESD Workflow

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge atlas-particleflow-software/athena:mhodgkin_updatePFlowTauESDReco into main

This updates the configuration that runs calo + pflow + jets + met from ESD. The update adds tau reco, which met uses. This should be rerun such that it can use the rebuilt topoclusters. Fixes ERROR messages, related to taus, reported in ATLASRECTS-7754
