remove some of the legacy / obsolete Tier0ChainTests

Deleting the non-q-tests in the Tier0ChainTests package that were running with legacy configuration (and so failing in the last days), since this is getting deprecated. Also switched the serial q445 test to CA, as was already the case for the multithreaded q445 test.

The q-tests that were not touched will keep failing for the moment, until the q-tags are fixed centrally (planned for once the data-taking is over).
