Fix RUN1 job. (relic from ATLASRECT-7703... but also fix ATLASSIM-6918 too.)

First of all, ATLASRECTS-7703 was merged. But there were still relic to be updated.

Then, this is also relevant for ATLASSIM-6918 too.

Basically, the hardcoded directory name is removed. And the conditions in the Group Area is also fixed.
