definition of a MUON5 format for isolation studies, in particular for PLIV

The plan for this MR is to replicate as much as possible from r21 MUON5 https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/main/PhysicsAnalysis/DerivationFramework/DerivationFrameworkMuons/share/MUON5.py but NOT the LeptonTagger part, which will require more work for a migration and will be done in a dedicated MR.
