Fixes for LAr AP

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge AtlasLArCalibration/athena:AP_fixes into main

This brings some fixes to the configuration of LAr calibration data processing, to get the results compatible with production version. Code is not used in any standard workflow, only in automatic processing of calibration data.
