Update LArRAWtoSuperCell.cxx - fix bug with looking at wrong channel list for masking

Will Buttinger requested to merge will-23.0-patch-61355 into 23.0

As discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLLARONL-1767 it seems that the OTF-masked supercells need to be looked up using HWIdentifiers not offline identifiers
