TrigValTools+TrigGpuTest: extend common naming convention to GPU ART tests

This MR extends the trigger ART test naming convention to GPU tests. These now live in the TrigGpuTest package, and the easiest way for the ART monitor to understand it is to add an entry in the Common dictionary. Tests from the TrigGpuTest package should now be named test_trigGPU_XXX.py.
