MR !64846 (merged) introduced a suite of new tools to do any Jvt-related tasks in a more refactored way, replacing the old overloaded JetJvtEfficiency. This MR migrates the Jvt tool within METMaker to make use of the new CP::NNJvtSelectionTool.
