Update to Gaudi v37r1

Update Gaudi from v36r14 to v37r1. See the release notes for the relevant changes: v36r15, v36r16, v37r0 and v37r1.

Requires the following additional fixes:

• AtlasSemantics: Gaudi v37r1 removes the name argument from the semantics constructor (see gaudi/Gaudi!1492 (merged)).
