TrigTauRec: drop deprecated config flag

Hello,

This MR is removing a couple of config flags that are no longer used in HLT tau reconstruction (deprecated Tau Energy Scale calibration, and tune of the BDT used in tracktwoMVABDT chains now decommissioned).
