Add missing std:: to several cmath functions in AFP_GlobReco, DiTauMassTools, ISF_FastCaloSimEvent, TrkVKalVrtFitter, TrkVertexSeedFinderTools, TrigT1NSWSimTools packages.

Adresses dev3 nightly issues as discussed in ATLINFR-5111 and ATLINFR-5075
