Dmitry Emeliyanov requested to merge demelian/athena:trig-ftf-itk-track-following-tool into main

this is a new AlgTool to be used by TrigFastTrackFinder for the ITk geometry, see EFTRACK-142 for more detail. Not changes in ART tests are expected at this moment.
