ATR-28452: Fix getInDetTrigConfig call for RDOtoRDOTrig

The 'bphysics' config doesn't exist in https://acode-browser1.usatlas.bnl.gov/lxr/source/athena/Trigger/TrigTools/TrigInDetConfig/python/ConfigSettings.py#0521 . Changing the config call to use 'bmumux'. This allows fixing a problem in RDOtoRDOTrigger step for MC23a. Tagging @jmasik, @lyubushk .
