Implementation of small-R jet UFO calibration
Implementation of new (fixed) config file for small-R UFO CSSK jet calibration. This calibration is now also applied in the reconstruction of those jets to apply a 10 GeV cut at the correct scale. A small fix was needed in the config file for JetCalibTools to first reconstruct the track-based variables before running the GNNC calibration.
