Add missing unassociated muon segments to LLP1

Jonathan Long requested to merge longjon/athena:LLP1-unassocMuonSegments into main

This !52981 (merged) merge split unassociated muon segments into their own container: UnAssocMuonSegments, but this was missed when setting up LLP1. These are needed for cosmic ray tagging.
