Draft: Fix Rings mechanism computation in TrigEgamma RingerRefex code

This MR is to fix a small bug in the rings computation mechanism. Basically all rings were being filled with the reference for the central cell, but for definition, each ring energy need to be computed based on the each cell that belong to your respective ring. It is a small fix, we dont expect any changes in counts.
