Revert changes from MR!66978 to LArOnline_SuperCellID and LArOnlineID

In principle althought the time stamps of 8th of November do not match wrt to when that got merged (it matched to when merged) These 2 changes (calling the immediate base rather the ATLAs as it was) seem the one I would have guessed . The errors are unreadable (we would need !67014 (merged))

But what I suspect is that calling from the LArOnline_SuperCellID the LArOnlineID_Base rather the ATLAS, leads to a cascade of duplicates , which fill the logs.

Aka the logs discussed in ATLINFR-5144
