ISF_FatrasTools: Drop dependency on FastSimulationEvent package

The include of FastSimulationEvent/GenParticleEnergyDepositMap.h was only serving to include TrkMaterialOnTrack/MaterialEffectsOnTrack.h. No need to include a whole extra package to achieve this!
