Introduce a new set of phys validation histograms about information stored in EventInfo:

• averageInteractionsPerCrossing
• actualInteractionsPerCrossing
• beamPosSigmaX
• beamPosSigmaY
• beamPosSigmaXY
• beamPosSigmaZ
• beamSpotWeight
