Enabling TauJet Reconstruction with "Electron-Free" Seeds and Tracks

Hi All,

This MR builds upon the groundwork laid in the previous implementation 57968(merged) that introduced an alternative TauJet reconstruction method.

The purpose of this follow-up MR is to activate this new reconstruction. And update the reference reconstruction outputs for CI.
