Herwig7_i: Change OpenLoops path

We introduce a little changes for the Herwig7 Matchbox running mode. The running mode was not used for years and used a system path for OpenLoops that does not exist anymore. I have updated the path, so it works again. The changes have been tested with multiple JOs for the Matchbox running mode.
