ATLASRECTS-7850 : Migrate BeamSpot post processing script to CA (Hackathon)

Covers developments for post-processing script of BeamSpot calibration

  • Remove deprecated legacy python hosted in InDetBeamSpotFinder already hosted in InDetBeamSpotExample
  • Introduce new CA processing script runVertexTemplate.py running on AOD produced for beamspot calibration
  • Update reco config to store BS EventInfo requested for InDetBeamSpotFinder algorithm

The script runs but will require in principle some further update to handle the whole set of arguments included in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/main/InnerDetector/InDetExample/InDetBeamSpotExample/share/VertexTemplate.py
