Update of ZDC_SimuDigitization to use new hit class and RPD detector ATLASSIM-6751

This MR updates ZDC_SimuDigitization to include the RPD in the Run3 ZDC using the new ZDC_SimFiberHitCollection as input. ZdcIdentifier replaces the old detector channel tagging method.
