TrigHLTJetHypo - new Condition for DIPz hypos
The DIPz has group has requested a hypo that breaks new ground. They wish to identify a subset of a set of jets which maximises some function. Another function will calculate a value of the chosen subset, and apply a window cut on that value.
This merge request deals with the Condition class to be used by the Dipz-HT hypo only.
