Zebra shifts v1
This MR adds the first version of corrections for shifted MM front-end boards, retrieved by @temming, to the json dumper. @cheidegg can you please use this python file to populate the conditions database folder with version 1. In the last commit, I enabled reading the corrections from the database so they are now applied in the reconstruction. Therefore changes of the output are expected.
