FTF GPU ITk: Select middle SPs based on the volume

  • Configure the ITk acceleration tool in FTF for the ITk script
  • Restrict middle SpacePoints to volumes 72, 81 and 92 based on the r value [80, 120]
  • Updated structures sizes
