Add new chain for ATR-28443
Related to ATR-28443
Testing some new HLT chains for H -> Zgamma decays.
With the available DJMASS cuts, the efficiency is too low.
Try using DJMASS300j35, and consider adding additional deltaR cuts to suppress rates.
