PhysicsAnalysis/DerivationFramework/DerivationFrameworkSUSY/share/SUSY6.py: Adding r-tag into list of SUSY6 for newly available samples

This MR adds the r-tags of new signal samples into the list of DAOD_RPVLL samples which toggles filtering to keep the derivation sizes smaller. These samples are for the SUSY disappearing track group which relies on special reconstruction techniques.
