This MR adds the r-tags of new signal samples into the list of DAOD_RPVLL samples which toggles filtering to keep the derivation sizes smaller. These samples are for the SUSY disappearing track group which relies on special reconstruction techniques.

The added r-tags are based on samples produced here: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-10493 and here: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-10713
