RootStorageSvc + RootAuxDynIO : Updates for the new RNTuple API
ROOT RNTuple API is going through some major changes. It's still a moving target but let me create this MR to gather all necessary changes. These compile against main--dev3LCG/2024-02-08T1230 and test_mc21_overlay_trigger_reconstruction_rntuple.sh that tests both reading and writing goes through OK but I haven't checked/validated the output (apart from the default transform checks).
PS : This MR doesn't concern the production code.
