Draft: Resurrect Tracking Geometry visualization in VP1

Riccardo Maria Bianchi requested to merge rbianchi/athena:vp1-resurrect-trackgeo-viz into main

This MR:

  • resurrects the VP1 Tracking Geometry plugin from SVN, which was left behind when moving to Git
  • update the code that fetches the TrackGeo from Athena
