Fixes to MUON5 for Upgrade samples

Maximilian Emanuel Goblirsch-Kolb requested to merge goblirsc/athena:MG_MUON5 into main

This enables the MUON5 format to be run on Upgrade MC:

  • don't schedule TrigDecisionTool if no trigger present
  • don't look for InDetForwardTrackParticles with ITk
  • fix a crash in the FastVertexFitter arising from a missing nullptr check
