CPAlgorithms: refactor the object cutflow

Baptiste Ravina requested to merge ravinab/athena:bugfix_objectcutflow into main

This fixes a bug in the object cutflow when introducing systematically-varied object selections (such as passesOR_%SYS%). The whole object cutflow alg is updated to look a lot more like the event cutflow one.
