Add Trigger retrievers to TriggerRetrieversCfg (CA config) and merge CA in AlgoJiveXMLCfg

Add trigger retrievers to the TriggerRetrieversCfg() config function and the corresponding datatypes (from TrigJiveXML_DataTypes.py) into getDataTypes. Merge the resulting trigger ComponentAccumulator in AlgoJiveXMLCfg(). This adds TriggerInfo, EmTauROI, JetROI, MuonROI and LVL1TriggerTower objects to the output xml.
