Fix test on DRAW_EGZ and better truth match for forward

Jean-Baptiste De Vivie De Regie requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:main_egValidUp into main

Fix a wrong argument of Reco_tf (geometry instead of geometryVersion) for the draw_egz test

Also for the fwd electron monitoring in Run4, changes a bit the truth matching, to better estimate the efficiencies
