Migration of some Digitization ART jobs to ComponentAccumulator (ATLASSIM-7059)
This merge request adds a ComponentAccumulator-based configuration for cosmics digitization and migrates the MP reproducibility ART jobs to ComponentAccumulator-based configuration. It is a step towards the changes planned in ATLASSIM-7059. No CI output changes expected.
