TRT calibration migration reflected in attrtcal account
This MR is meant to update the Athena gitlab repository with the latest changes. All this changes has been made in the attrtcal account
No conflicts has been observed when merging with the upstream/24.0 branch.
- Additionally we have included a draft CA python configuration file: TRTCalibrationMgrConfig.py. It has a working chain in order to create the
basic.rootfile - Flat ntuple input file in order to obtain the calibration constants)
