Upgrade-related tweaks to MUON5

Slightly tweak the MUON5 format to allow it to be used for ITk studies.

• Remove un-used collections to save space
• Increase acceptance in
  $z0$
  for tracks, and restrict tracks to an interval relevant to lepton isolation
• Add missing AMVF decorations for tracks
• Improve warning printout for the FastVertexFitter
