This MR will update/add to the existing MuonRecRTT tests to run with CA configurations.

Changed:

test_q442_RAWtoESD_MT.sh (now: test_q442_RAWtoALL_MT.sh)
test_q443_RAWtoESD_MT.sh (now: test_q443_RAWtoALL_MT.sh)
test_muonrec_Run3_symmetric.sh

Added:

test_q445_RAWtoALL_MT.sh
test_q449_RAWtoALL_MT.sh
test_muonrec_Run2_cosmic.sh
test_muonrec_Run3_cosmic.sh
test_Run3_symmetric_fullChain.sh

Removed:

test_Run4_muon_fullChain.sh
