TriggerTest: move cosmics MC test to CA, update RDO

Hello,

This MR is migrating a few more trigger ART tests to CA. We also move to recently produced RDO for cosmics MC (ATLMCPROD-11002). The new file is now on EOS. There may be an issue with the simulation setup (CosmicFilterVolume?). But it's worth updating the RDO to avoid conditions-related headaches, we'll update it once more later on.
