Draft: RootStorageSvc+RootAuxDynIO: Switch from RPageSource to RNTupleReader

This MR goes back to using RNTupleReader instead of RPageSource for reading RNTuple objects. I also changed the way we read index_ref a bit to better utilize the intended API. Currently a draft for testing/review.
