As the title describes, this changes the TrigInDetValidation tests to use ConfigFlags.Trigger.AODEDMSet='ESD' due to collections being removed from AOD. This fixes ATR-28773.

Furthermore, this MR adds missing checks on self._isCA now that more tests are running the CA implementation (!68770 (merged)). This fixes ATR-28787
