Matching FTF settings for ITk in the trigger with offline fullscan FTF
As the title describes, this MR changes a couple of settings used in the ITk configuration for running FTF as part of the trigger to match that used by running FTF as an offline fullscan with ITk, where FTF is configured in TrigFastTrackFinder.ITkFastTrackFinderStandaloneConfig. This should improve the efficency seen in the ITk tests defined in the TrigInDetValidation package and ensure that efficency and timing should be the same for the fullscan in the trigger and the offline fullscan for FTF. This should only impact results when running with an ITk dataset.
