Remove duplicate b-jet chains in offline monitoring
In the offline monitoring we have 4 chains that are duplicates, just with pf_ftf and boffperf swapped. This was due to one version being in the Physics menu and the other in Dev. This change package removes the pf_ftf_boffperf versions which were in Dev.
