TriggerMenuMT: further cleanup of legacy code

Remove more of the unused legacy menu code, i.e.:

• remove unused MET.EndOfEvent module
• remove legacy wrappers from MenuComponents
• cleanup ConfigurableCABehavior legacy code

Relates to ATR-28792.
