remove Control/AthenaExamples/AthExJobOptions

Remove the package AthExJobOptions entirely.

The configuration-examples in share and python is obsolete with CA and the example components in src are no longer a good example.

I noticed that the test test_unit_trigvalsteering "uses" AthExJobOptions/AthExJobOptions_MinimalJobOptionsNoEvt.py, under quotes b/c it only prints the help-text of athena.py so it doens't matter what file is executed. (Don't ask me what's the purpose of this test ...)
