TrigP1Test: update test_trigP1_v1Dev_build to match reprocessing setup

Hello,

As discussed in ATR-28810, during the migration of ART tests to CA, we lost the setup that was used to generate trigger keys for pp EB data reprocessing. The options are now set as in test_trigP1_v1Dev_newJO_dumpConfig_build.
