Updated TRT tool configs

Updated a few InDet tool configs used for TRT applications, in particular:

  • change the name of InDetDetailedTrackSelectorToolCfg into TRT_InDetDetailedTrackSelectorToolCfg
  • moved TRTTrackHoleSearchToolCfg into TRT_TrackHoleSearchConfig.py, following the convention of the other InDetRecTools package
  • used it in the TRT monitoring config
